Jeffrey Wolfer
President and Co-CEO Jerfrey Wolfer has been the driving force behind the transformation of Kennedy funding into the private lending global leader it is today. Under his leadership, Kennedy has gone from $40 million in annual closed loans to this year’s projected figure of over $500 million. Jeffrey implemented a strategic plan in the past few years that saw huge sales gains and national expansion, and oversaw the introduction of ‘situational lending’, a combination of speed, flexibility, and creativity unrivaled in the industry. A 2006 winner of NJBIZ magzine’s presitgious Forty Under 40 award, Jeffrey makes his home in New Jersey. He earned his B.A. in finance from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Kevin Wolfer
Kennedy Funding Co-CEO Kevin Wolfer’s innovative leadership is of paramount importance to the company in practically every category, and has been especially pronounced as he helps take the organization effectively into the 21st century. It has been due primarily to Kevin’s experience, expertise, and proficiency that the company’s banking and co-lender relationships have been established, both domestically and internationally. Moreover, Kevin has been the driving force as to why the company has more than doubled its production in the last couple of years. In addition, it is Kevin’s adroit influce that has made it increasingly more common for Kennedy to close loans in the $50 million range and above. Kein was awarded a Bachelor of Arts and n MBA in finance from Emory University, and currently lives with his fmaily in New Jersey.
Brendan O’Brien
Brendan has distinguished himself and Kennedy Funding in numerous successful loan transactions, and is now an Exutive Loan Officer. Assisted by a team of Loan Originators, Brendan is one of the company’s initial points of contact for its steadily growing number of loan requests, and helps to negotiate new deals with senior partners. Prior to joining Kennedy, Brendan worked in a financial capacity for a major, well-known international organization, where his responsibilities included management, marketing, and direct customer interaction duties. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Montclair State University. While there, he was ranked in the top 5% of his class, and was a member of many national honor societies.
